Helper:
As an Electrical Helper, you will provide assistance to the electricians and other crew members in the installation of electrical systems and components.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to; Pulling wire, installing conduit, gathering and prepping materials, and other labor activities as assigned. Must keep tools, materials, and equipment in an orderly fashion and always maintain a clean work environment. Must also be able to demonstrate safe work habits and exhibit proper care of all tools and equipment.
Key Functions:
- Begin and maintain with the process of learning the electrical trade.
- Bend conduit and pull wire
- Perform other activities assigned by the crew leader/Superintendent.
- Gather and transport required tools and materials to jobsites
- Perform physically demanding jobs such as: moving and lifting heavy objects and digging trenches to lay conduit.
- Be able to work from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts.
- Be a team player, prompt and dependable.
Electrician:
As an Electrician your primary responsibility will be: installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings (Commercial and Residential) while abiding with safety and compliance regulations. Applicants must possess a solid knowledge of industrial, low, and high voltage electrical systems. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as a great attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Key Functions:
- Must have 1+ years of electrical experience
- Knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
- Perform electrical installations according to local codes and regulations
Superintendent/Foreman:
As the Superintendent/Foreman, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing a team of helpers and electricians to complete projects within budget and on time. Applicants must possess extensive knowledge of the Electrical Code and safety regulations. Superintendents must have a valid Driver’s License and experience supervising a crew of helpers and electricians. Background check and drug screen is required.
Key Functions:
- Must have 3+ years of electrical experience
- Extensive knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Read and interpret Blueprints and Electrical Diagrams
- Be able to troubleshoot and solve electrical issues
- Have strong leadership skills
